Bunny Week!!!

It's Bunny Week over at CardzTv! I'm so excited that Spring is in the air! It's almost 80 degrees and we're under a Tornado Watch, and tomorrow it's going to be in the 40's...got to love Missouri!

I made this card for my mom for her birthday! I had originally thought of making a coffee card since I'm enclosing a gift card to Starbucks and my mom is a complete coffee junkie! I couldn't find one I liked and when I saw Mary's challenge I knew what I wanted to make!

The picture quality isn't great because my camera died before I could get a quality photo. The epoxy sticker says "delightful".

Inside the card I made a gift card holder using Tags, Bags, Boxes & More!

Thanks for stopping by to look!

Get Whale Soon

Wow! 2 posts in 2 days???

I'm entering this card in for the challenge over @ Scrappy Moms Stamps.

The challenge entails using the Create-a-Critter cartridge. I LOVE this cartridge so I'm always happy to pull it out!

Unfortunately, I don't own any of the Scrappy Moms Stamps stamp sets yet..but I hope to soon!

My friend and her husband are both down and out with illnesses. Her husband has pneumonia and they are in the middle of home renovations. Talk about stress!

Another birthday card :)

My father-in-law's birthday is tomorrow! We're in the middle of a blizzard so I'm hoping we'll still be able to get together and celebrate! I have a *really* hard time with masculine cards. He got a new truck for his birthday so I thought I would incorporate that into the card. I also used an Action Wobble for the first time and LOVED it..my friend Jamie was nice enough to send me a few to try out and I'm so thankful!!! I can't wait to order some!

Thanks for stopping by to take a look!

Cardtock: Recollections
Patterned Paper: I know I got it at Hobby Lobby but I CAN'T remember which line it's from
Cricut Cartridges: Everyday Paper Dolls, Sweet Treats
Stickers: I've had them for a million years, I never remember to use them...Hobby Lobby brand

Crafty Resoultions for 2011

Paula @ More Than Favors made a list of Crafty Resolutions for 2011 and then asked others to do the same.

Goals help keep me on track, so I think it's a great idea! I'm going to purchase a calendar for my scrap room for this purpose.

1. PLAN AHEAD so I don't have to purchase any cards this year (only had to buy 1 in 2010...MUCH better than in 2009)...hoping to make it 0 in 2011.

2. Complete 5 scrapbook pages a month

3. Make 5 cards a month

4. Use all of my Cricut cartridges at least once this year

5. Complete the We Dare You: Scrapbook Challenges About Real Life challenge book I purchased in November.

6. Make at least one non-card/Scrapbook page related item a month!
