Challenge

Mary over @ CardzTv has issued another challenge. The requirements are a layout, card or other project using a cupcake!

My friend Megan's birthday happens to be tomorrow so I had a project in mind :)

My daughter has been sick all week and is having a rough time sleeping so my doodling got a bit sloppy as I was in a hurry to finish before she woke up again. Luckily Megan is a great friend and a wonderful nurse so I'm sure she'll understand!



Ingredients:
Cardstock: DCWV & scraps
Patterned Paper: Scraps
Doodling: White Gelly
Adhesive: ATG and Zig 2Way
Die Cut: Sweet Treats cartridge
Embossing: Spots n Dots Cuttlebug folder

Crafty Resoultions for 2011

Paula @ More Than Favors made a list of Crafty Resolutions for 2011 and then asked others to do the same.

Goals help keep me on track, so I think it's a great idea! I'm going to purchase a calendar for my scrap room for this purpose.

1. PLAN AHEAD so I don't have to purchase any cards this year (only had to buy 1 in 2010...MUCH better than in 2009)...hoping to make it 0 in 2011.

2. Complete 5 scrapbook pages a month

3. Make 5 cards a month

4. Use all of my Cricut cartridges at least once this year

5. Complete the We Dare You: Scrapbook Challenges About Real Life challenge book I purchased in November.

6. Make at least one non-card/Scrapbook page related item a month!

1st post

This is my first blog since the days of Xanga during high school...oh what fun.

Instead of keeping track of all of the crafty blogs I follow, I thought it would be easier to keep them all in one place.

Now that it's almost Winter time and life is slowing down, I'll have more time to enter crafty challenges as well.

I need to get back in my craft room and get caught up...thanks for stopping by.
